Because our products are custom-made and personalized to your specifications, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for any reason other than product defects or damage during shipping.

Defective or Damaged Products

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your claim, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
