  • Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase on our website.
  • Product Customization

  • All personalized products are created based on the information you provide.

  • Please review all customization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors (e.g., misspellings, incorrect dates) provided by the customer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any personalization content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

  • Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days after receiving payment and final design approval.

  • Shipping times may vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars

  • We accept payment via PayPal and and Pay Pal will accept major CC

  • Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders for personalized products cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun.

  • If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately.  We will do our best to accommodate requests if production has not started.

  • Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or there is an error caused by us.

  • If your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will replace or refund items at our discretion.

  • Customers warrant that any material submitted for personalization does not infringe on any third-party rights.

  • Limitation of Liability

  • Creative Gift Publications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

  • Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information to process your orders and provide customer service.
